Professional Supervision

I offer supervision to counsellors and art therapists, drawing on 30 years of experience as a sensorimotor expressive arts therapist. I specialise in trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and sexual abuse, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I’ve taught creative therapy techniques at various colleges and NGOs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key, and that being present with clients in their struggles requires a deep ability to sit with one's own emotions. Creative arts and body awareness are central to my approach in helping clients on their healing journeys.
